India reports over 31,000 new Covid-19 cases, 412 deaths in 24 hours

New Delhi/IBNS: India, a country of 1.3 billion people, on Thursday reported over 31,000 new Covid-19 cases and 412 deaths apparently due to the virus.

In 24 hours between Wednesday and Thursday mornings, the country has reported 31,521 cases taking the overall Covid-19 tally to 97,67,371.

The Covid-19 toll has touched 1,41,772.

37,725 people, who were infected with the virus, have recovered in the last 24 hours.

The active cases in the country now stand at 3,72,293 as 92,53,306 infected patients have recovered so far in the country.
