Fusion CX’s Rs. 702 crore IPO to open on October 14. Check out the price set for each share

Fusion CX Limited, a provider of customer experience and AI data infrastructure services, has fixed the price band for its ₹702-crore initial public offering (IPO) at ₹275–₹289 per share.

The public issue will open for subscription on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and close on Friday, October 16, 2026. The anchor book will open on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

Headquartered in Kolkata, Fusion CX’s IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth up to ₹202 crore by the promoter selling shareholders, P N S Business Private Limited and Rasish Consultants Private Limited.

The company plans to utilise ₹275 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue to repay or prepay certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company and its subsidiaries. Another ₹61 crore will be invested in its step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited, to upgrade IT tools, including Arya and MindVoice. The remaining proceeds will be used to pursue inorganic growth through potential acquisitions that have not yet been identified and for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 2004 by co-founders Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi, Fusion CX combines domain expertise with a portfolio of proprietary AI tools to deliver intelligent, multilingual and omnichannel customer engagement solutions. Its services leverage a range of generative AI-driven technologies to enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation.

The business process solutions and services provider focuses on key industry verticals, including telecommunications and utilities, healthcare and life sciences, high-tech growth and travel (HTT), banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), and retail.

The company provides customer support in 28 languages, including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Italian and Hindi.

Fusion CX reported revenue from operations of ₹1,818 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹169 crore in FY26.

As of June 30, 2026, the company had 13,735 employees across 13 countries, operating through 40 strategically located delivery centres to provide round-the-clock support across multiple time zones.

Its client portfolio comprises 208 customers, including 22 Fortune 1000 companies. Key clients include DMEC Capital Services, Park West, Telaid, Achieve Collection, Ameriflex, Coastline, AJIO, Meesho, Call Core Media, Arvind Fashion, Propneu S.A., Leonardo Hotels, Insurance Express, K2 Claims Services, Sentry Credit and Traya.
