Guwahati/IBNS: Guwahati Eastern Nagaland Students' Union (GENSU) and Nagaland House collaborated to carry out a one-day social work project at Nagaland House in Guwahati.

The objective of the cleanliness initiative was to clean and decompose organic waste within the compound. GENSU members, along with Nagaland House staff led by Deputy Resident Commissioner Ilika Zhimomi and officials from the Naga Students' Union Guwahati (NSUG), actively participated in the drive.

The event was in accordance with GENSU's annual resolution, which stated that such drives would be conducted on a yearly basis, reported EastMojo.

This initiative not only fostered a sense of camaraderie among students but also emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness and instilled a sense of civic responsibility among the public.
