New Delhi/IBNS: A man was shot dead at an outlet of Burger King at a busy locality of Rajouri Garden in Delhi on Tuesday night, media reports said.

Three shooters entered the outlet, which is located in West Delhi, shot at the victim more than 10 times and fled the locality in two-wheelers parked outside Burger King, police were told by the witnesses.

The victim was rushed to hospital where he was declared dead.

"Rajouri Garden PS got a call at around 9:45 pm that a firing took place at Burger King here. The officials responded and reached the spot," DCP West Vichitra Veer said.

"More than 10 rounds were fired. One person has died. We are trying to identify the victim," the police officer added.

Some reports have claimed the shooting followed an argument between the groups.
