Pre-Lok Adalat in Kulgam on Tuesday

Anantnag, July 7 (UNI): A pre-Lok Adalat is going to be held on Tuesday in the south Kashmir district of Kulgam to settle cases of different nature amicably among the litigants, an official spokesman said here on Sunday.

He said the adalat will be held in the premises of District Court complex Kulgam under the chairmanship of Chairman District Legal services authorities Kulgam where in cases relating to (Pre- Litigation and Pending in the Courts) NI Act U/s 138 Bank Recovery, MACT, Labour disputes family dispute, Municipality, Revenue cases, Electricity and water Bills and other cases pending in courts will be taken up.

Criminal Compoundable offences, land acquisition cases, revenue cases other civil cases (rent, easmetary rights, and injection suits specific performance suits) among others would be taken up for amicable settlement. The interesting parties are hereby informed to approach the presiding officers of the concerned courts of district Kulgam for the pre-Lok- adalat so that needful be done well in time.
