New Delhi, Mar 13 (IBNS): Priyanka Gandhi Vadra recently made her debut on Twitter and on Tuesday she wrote two messages for the first time on the micro-blogging site.

Visiting Gujarat, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra went to Sabarmati ashram and tweeted: "In the simple dignity of Sabarmati, the truth lives on."

"'I object to violence because when it appears to do good, the good is only temporary; the evil it does is permanent.' Mahatma Gandhi," she said.

Priyanka also made her first public rally on Tuesday.

She made her first address where she attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the issue of job creation among others.

She urged voters to take the right decision while casting their votes during the Lok Sabaha polls that will be held from next month.

"Do not get distracted with unwanted issues. You should realise what benefits you, how you will get employment, how women can be safe. I appeal to you to take your decision with caution," she said.

Priyanka Gandhi was among the top Congress leaders who visited Gujarat to attend the Congress Working Committee meeting.
