Pune chef Shobha Indrani holds 2-Day Cookery Workshop in Kolkata

Kolkata, Apr 20 (IBNS): A two-day Cookery Workshop by the well known Pune based chief Shobha Indani was organized in Kolkata recently by PR firm Media Connect.

Indani has been the winner of Golden Book of World Records for achieving the World Record of Largest Cooking Lesson. Many of her students have been her pride being on Indian Cooking TV show "MASTER CHEF INDIA". She has trained more than 50,000 students since past 34 years by teaching her unique style in varied cuisines.

So, the City of Joy, Kolkata was lucky enough to get a chance to give their cooking dreams a flight!

The workshop was organized by Media Connect at Sapphire Banquets (On EM Bypass), Kolkata  with hundreds of energized audience who were seen jotting down all tips & tricks while following the recipes. 

They honed their culinary skills in this "Pure Veg" ALL-IN-ONE class where they learnt: Mocktails & Shakes, Soups, Salads, Sabzi - Pulao, Snacks & Starters, Mithais, Cakes & Cookies, Desserts & Puddings, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Continental, Mongolian, Chocolates, Salad Carving & Presentations, Cake Icing & much more in between. All the participants who attended the workshop were given a Complimentary Recipe Book with all the recipes and a Certificate of participation too.

On this occasion,  Ankit Agarwal, Co-owner of Media Connect as one of the organizer said: "We wanted the Kolkata foodies to get a chance to learn 100+ items from this renowned chef from Pune. She has made us belief, that, a food becomes great when it satiates everyone’s taste. She has brought various international dishes also by Indian-ising them to suit our taste buds."
