Google: Website celebrates Wilbur Scoville's 151st birthday

California, Jan 22 (IBNS) Google on Friday celebrated American pharmacist Wilbur Scoville's 151st birthday with an interactive doodle.

Scoville, famous for his Scoville Organoleptic Test, devised a method in 1912 to measure the hotness of different chilli peppers.

The scale is now known as Scoville Scale.
