UP Crime: 5-yr-old raped in Ballia
Ballia/UNI: A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped in a village of the Revti area here, police sources said on Tuesday.
As per sources here, the victim had gone to her grand-parents' house at a village in the Revti area. She went to the neighbourhood while playing this morning where a 14-year-old boy allegedly raped her.
The victim, who reached her house later, shared her ordeal with her mother.
Station House Officer (SHO) Praveen Kumar Singh said that based on a written complaint by the victim's mother, a case has been registered.
Further investigations are underway.
