Tata Steel falls by 4.46 pc to close at Rs 403.55

Mumbai/UNI: Tata Steel on Tuesday dropped by 4.46 per cent to close at Rs 403.55, a major loser in 30 scrips of BSE.

Other losers were Bharti Airtel by 3.64 per cent to close at Rs 496.45, Axis Bank by 3.46 per cent to close at Rs 442.75, ONGC by 2.94 per cent to close at Rs 74.20 and SBI by 2.26 per cent to close Rs 203.20.

The gainers were HCL Technologies by 1.69 per cent to close at Rs 721, Infosys by 1.60 per cent to close at Rs 939.45, Reliance Industries by 1.09 per cent to close at Rs 2,105, Tech Mahindra by 0.72 per cent to close at Rs 752.35 and TCS by 0.56 per cent to close at Rs 2340.45.
