Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Friday opened on a flat note at 83.28 on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit was seen unchanged in early trade on weak Dollar against other world currencies.
The Rupee recorded intra-day high and low at 83.25 and 83.30 respectively, dealers added.
