IRDA approves appointment of Trevor Bull as MD & CEO of Aviva India

New Delhi, Mar 9 (IBNS): The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India has approved the appointment of Trevor Bull as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Aviva Life Insurance Company India Ltd.
Speaking on the occasion, Bull said, “I am delighted to have been appointed as the MD & CEO of Aviva India. India continues to be one of the most exciting global insurance markets with significant unrealized potential. I am excited at the opportunity to work with the team in further strengthening the business as we enter the next phase of growth.” 
 
Bull has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry across Asia and Europe. In his career span, he has held key leadership positions in Zurich Insurance Malaysia Berhad, The Philippine American Life & General Insurance Company, Tata AIG Life Insurance, AIG Life Korea, ALICO Tokyo and Lutine Assurance Services Limited, Birmingham, UK.
