Mumbai/UNI:  The Rupee on Wednesday slipped by nine paise to 75.59 against the US Dollar on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.

A minor oscillation was seen during the day, as local unit eased by four paise to 75.54 in opening trade today and ended at 75.59, sliding by nine paise as compared to its last close.

The rupee registered intraday high and low at 75.51 and 75.62 respectively, he added.

The Rupee was seen weak due to firm dollar against other world currencies amid positive stock market, they added.
