Indian Market: Sensex falls by 667.29 pts

Mumbai/UNI: The benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE) on Monday dropped by 667.29 points to close at 36,939.60, as heavy selling was seen in Energy, Finance, Bankex, Realty and Technology stocks.

The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange(NSE) also fell by 173.60 pts to close at 10,899.85.

The Sensex registered the days high and low at 37,596.02 and 36,911.23 pts respectively.

The Nifty recorded the days high and low at 11,058.05 and 10,882.25 pts respectively.
