India rupee touches all-time low figure of 71.21 per dollar

New Delhi, Sept 3 (IBNS): The Indian rupee plunged further below to end at an all-time low of 71.21 per dollar on Monday.

The Indian rupee continued its low trend even on Monday.

It had settled at 70.99-71 on Friday.
