GVK CSIA's T2 helps Mumbai win the title of 3rd best 'Smart City' globally
Mumbai, Sept 2 (IBNS): GVK CSIA's T2 has brought Indian city Mumbai into the global limelight after National Geographic awarded the title of '3rd Best Smart City' to Mumbai for its artsy infrastructure including 'Jaya He-GVK New Museum' at CSIA T2, in its 2014 Traveler 50:World's Smartest Cities list.
The list comprises only 50 cities from world over and ‘Jaya He’ is instrumental in propelling Mumbai to the same.
It is also significant milestone recognition as Mumbai is the only Indian city that has been featured in this list.
The list ranks Mumbai as the 3rd best Smart City after San Francisco and Paris.
Sanjay Reddy, Managing Director, Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd. said, “We feel immensely proud to represent T2, a structure that is bringing glory to the nation. T2 is the transformation of our dream for Mumbai and India and ‘Jaya He’ at T2 is a tribute to the expanse, depth and beauty of Indian Art. We are honoured that GVK CSIA T2 has won Mumbai the prestigious reputation of a global ‘Smart City’.”
