Kolkata, Apr 9 (IBNS): Croma, India’s first and only Omni-channel electronics retailer from the Tata Group with 130 stores pan India, is now at Sarat Bose Road, opposite Kolkata RTO.

The new 10,000 sq.ft store is spread across 2 levels and has over 9000+ products on display.

Speaking on the launch, Avijit Mitra, ED & CEO said, “My colleagues in Tata companies and my relatives in Kolkata have often asked me when we would open our first store here. Finally, I can now tell them, come to Sarat Bose Road – We are here! At Croma, we believe the purchase of a new gadget is the start of a new relationship. We therefore focus not just on creating an engaging experience inside our stores but ensure our customers get the best service for the products they buy – for the life of the product. Knowing Kolkata, I know this relationship will be rewarding for sure.”

You may wonder what makes Croma the preferred choice of 10 Million Indians. The answer is simple, Croma doesn’t just sell, it helps people buy and enjoy their favourite gadgets. Apart from the largest display of live gadgets, easy finance options, attractive discounts, etc. Croma assures service for the useful life of the product and even commits to ensure safe disposal of e-waste once the product becomes obsolete.

Today as India rides a wave of digital transformation, Croma is established as the preferred destination where people come to explore the world of life-changing possibilities that the latest gadgets offer.

Venu Gopal, Head of Buying said, “When desktops got replaced by laptops, when smartphones took over the country, when CRT got replaced by LEDs, Croma was at the fore-front driving the change. Today, as people use the internet for everything and devices start talking to each other over the internet, Croma is again the theatre where India can see the future come alive.”

As a launch offer, Croma is inviting the residents of Kolkata to join their Loyalty Privileges program and enjoy the special benefits their 10 Million loyal customers elsewhere in the country enjoy.

Avijit Mitra, ED & CEO added, “Our Kolkata customers who have missed out on the Croma experience till today, will be pleased to hear that all Loyalty Privileges will be extended to them from Day 1 itself! I am sure our customers will find this as a delightful welcome to the Croma family.'”
