Pakistan toxic liquor: Death toll touches 30
Islamabad, Dec 27 (IBNS): The death toll in the toxic liquor consumption incident in Pakistan has touched 30, media reports said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at Toba Tek Singh area in the country.
Dozens were hospitalised after consuming toxic liquor on Christmas in Muhalla Mubarakabad and Christian Colony areas of Toba Tek Singh, police was quoted as saying by Geo News.
An inquiry committee has been formed to investigate the matter, reports said.
