Pakistan: Terror bid foiled in Quetta
Quetta, Jan 4 (IBNS) Pakistan's Frontier Corps (FC) paramilitary force defused a roadside bomb in Pakistan's Sibi city which foiled a major bid of terrorism in the country, media reports said.
The improvised explosive device (IED) was planted in a motorcycle.
"Miscreants had planted four kilogram of explosives in the motorcycle to target the Eid Miladun Nabi procession," Dawn News reported quoting sources.
The incident occurred on a day when the country celebrated Eid Miladun Nabi (pbuh).
