Pakistan: Security forces kill terrorist in DI Khan

Islamabad, Dec 1 (IBNS): Security forces killed a terrorist in Dera Ismail Khan’s Daraban area of Pakistan,  the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed on Saturday.

The terrorist was identified as Hakim. 

"Operation Radd-ul-fasaad. Security forces conducted an IBO in area Mochiwal, Daraban, DI Khan. A wanted terrorist Hakim was killed during operation," ISPR said in a statement.

He had taken six civilians as hostage.

They have been rescued.

"Killed terrorist Hakim had made 6 civilians hostage for ulterior motives," read the statement.

"He was armed with automatic weapons and grenades. All hostages have been rescued by security forces. 4 security forces personnel received injuries during the operation," the official statement said.
