Pakistan: Roof collapse kills 2 in Lahore city

Lahore, Jan 6 (IBNS): At least two people were killed as the roof of their house collapsed in Lahore city of Pakistan, media reports said on Saturday.

"A 15-year-old and a 12-year old and their parents were trapped after their worn-out two-storey house, located near the historic Wazir Khan mosque, collapsed," Geo News reported.

Bodies of the two brothers were pulled out from underneath the rubble by rescue workers.

Parents are still trapped under the debris.

Rescue work is still going on.

Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed authorities to submit a report on the collapse mishap.
