Pakistan: Bodies of three kidnapped members of a family recovered

Karachi: Bodies of three people, who were kidnapped a day earlier, have been recovered from Pakistan's South Waziristan on Saturday, media reports said.

According to the police, the bodies of Maulvi Noor Zaman, his son and his nephew were found in the Manra area of Birmil Tehsil, The Express Tribune reported.

Police said they have started a probe into the incident.

Police said kidnapping and murder were committed by unknown persons.

Incidents of extortion, terrorism, and targeted attacks have been on the rise in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), the newspaper reported.
