Moderate earthquake hits Nepal's Kodari region

Kathmandu, Aug 23 (IBNS): A moderate earthquake measuring 5.0 on Richter Scale hit 15 kilometres south-east of Kodari in Nepal on Sunday, media reports said.
Nepal was hit by a massive 7.9 magnitude earthquake on April 25 which resulted in widespread devastation and killed over 8,000 people.
 
Several houses have been damaged in Nepal which was hit by a massive quake and several aftershocks in recent times.
 
The country was hit by another quake on May 12 which measured 7.3 on the Richter scale.
