Meet Alec Neel Vance: US Vice President JD Vance, wife Usha welcome fourth child

US Vice President JD Vance on Monday announced the birth of his fourth child with his wife Usha Vance.

Vance named the child Alec Neel Vance.

The baby boy was born in Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

In a statement, Vance said: "We are excited to announce that our baby boy, Alec Neel Vance, was born this morning. Usha and the baby are happy and healthy, and our kids are overjoyed to meet their little brother."

The official statement bearing the seal of the Vice President has signs of both JD Vance and his wife.

  They thanked the medical teams that cared for Usha and the newborn.

The statement further said: " The incredible military doctors and staff members of Walter Reed Medical Center and the White House Medical Unit have been a blessing. We are deeply thankful for all they have done for our family."
