Meanwhile, Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani reportedly has declared a defeat of the ISIS in Nangarhar.

Ghani also said the surrendered women and children would not be transferred to the Pakistan government but to their families with the help of tribal elders.

Earlier in November, a group of IS terrorists from Pakistan had surrendered to the security forces in Afghanistan's  Nangarhar province.

The Special Operations Corps said in a statement the militants surrendered to Afghan Special Forces in Achin district of Nangarhar, reported Khaama Press.
