Car bombing kills four US soldiers in Afghanistan
Kabul, Nov 14 (IBNS): A car bomb attack in Dand district of southern Kandahar province of Afghanistan hit a troops convoy on Monday which left at least four US soldiers injured, media reports said .
Police spokesman Zia Durrani told Pajhwok Afghan News the car-bombing on foreign forces procession happened in the Ghulaman area at around 3:30pm.
The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
The group’s spokesman Qari Yousuf Ahmadi said they carried out the attack and inflicted casualties on several foreign forces, the Afghanistan based Pajhwok Afghan News agency reported.
