Afghanistan: Taliban leader killed during operation
Kabul, Dec 25 (IBNS): A shadow provincial governor of the Taliban group has been killed during an operation in Afghanistan's Faryab province, media reports said.
The Ministry of Defense (MoD) was quoted as saying by Khaama Press that the militants were killed during an operation in the restive Ghormach district.
The identity of the killed leader has not been revelaed so far.
