Afghanistan: Special Forces nab ISIS terror group leader from Pul-e-Khumri city

Kabul, July 13 (IBNS): In a major development, Afghan  Special Forces have arrested a prominent member of the terrorist group ISIS from Afghanistan's Pul-e-Khumri city,media reports said.

The National Directorate of Security (NDS) in a statement said the NDS Special Forces arrested Abdul Jamil son of Mawlana Juma Khan, the recruitment chief of ISIS terrorist in Pul-e-Khumri city, reorted Khaama Press.

According to NDS statement as reported by the news agency, the arrested person was  was actively involved in preparing suicide bombing vests and improvised explosive devices.

Security officials also found some IED making equipment and other military kits from the house of Jamil, media reports said.
