Afghanistan: Roadside bombing kills 7 civilians

Kabul, Dec 24 (IBNS): At least seven people were killed as a bomb blast ripped through their vehicle in Deh Yak district of Afghanistan's southern Ghazni province on Monday, media reports said.

Mohammad Arif Noori, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the victims were heading to southeastern Paktika province when their vehicle struck the roadside bomb late on Sunday.

He told the Afghanistan-based news agency seven people, including women and children, were killed in the bombing. 

No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
