Afghanistan: Militants kill two policemen

Kabul, July 15 (IBNS): At least two policemen were killed in a Taliban attack in Zabul province of Afghanistan on Saturday, media reports said.

The attack left one person injured, reports said.

A security source, who did not want to be named, told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident happened this morning in Kabul-Kandahar highway on the outskirts of Qalat city, the provincial capital.

The attackers reportedly took away two vehicles and some ammunition from the cops.
