Afghanistan: Man kills four family members in Parwan, evades custody

Kabul, Jun 20 (IBNS): A man killed at least four of his family members before evading custody in Afghanistan's Parwan province, local media reports said on Wednesday.

According to local officials, the incident took place on Tuesday midnight in Totomdara Bala village of the province.

Identified as Zahid, the suspect shot his brother, sister, niece and brother-in-law, while another sister survived the massacre.

The survivor told the police that the suspect was a deranged man.

An investigation has been initiated by local officials to nab the suspect.
