Afghanistan: ISIS leader killed in a coalition strike

Kabul, Jan 25 (IBNS): An ISIS leader has been killed during a coalition strike in Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province, media reports said on Friday.

The killed ISIS terrorist was identified as Qari Naqibullah.

Qari Naqibullah was killed in a coalition strike in the Chaparhar district of the province, a Daesh (ISIS) stronghold, the governor’s office told Pajhwok Afghan News on Friday. 

The raids were conducted in the province on Thursday night, reports said.

The killed terrorist was reportedly involved in several terrorism-related activities in the area.
