Afghanistan: Explosions rock three schools, 1 injured

Kabul, Sept 29 (IBNS):  Explosions took place in front of three schools in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan on Saturday which left at least one person injured, media reports said.

The injured person was identified as a guard of a school.

Attaullah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News two explosions occurred near Chaharbagh Safa and Pir Gilani high schools at 7:00am.

He told the Afghanistan-based news agency that one guard was injured in one of the blasts.

Another blast occurred infront of the Arab high school in Jalalabad, media reports said.

No casualty has been reported so far in this incident.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
