Kabul: Taliban security forces killed two Islamic State terrorists during an overnight raid in the capital Kabul city on Monday.

The security forces also arrested a third terrorist.

ISIS is the main adversary of the Taliban-led administrators of Afghanistan.

According to Zabihullah Mujahid, the Taliban government spokesperson, the operation was conducted in a residential area and targeted IS terrorists who were preparing to organize strikes in the capital city of Kabul, reports Khaama Press.

After the insurgents took control over Afghanistan, ISIS terrorists have increased attacks on Taliban forces, citizens, foreign nationals, and properties.
