Afghanistan: At least 7 IS militants killed in US airstrike
Kabul, Nov 28 (IBNS): At least seven IS militants were killed in an airstrike by the US in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province, local Khaama Press reported.
The strikes took place on Sunday evening in the province's Haska Mina district.
Three other terrorists sustained injuries.
An official was quoted as saying that ammunition belonging to the terror outfit were destroyed in the airstrike.
The IS is yet to comment on the report.
Both the US and Afghan soldiers carry regular raids against terrorist groups in Afghanistan.
