Kabul, Aug 6 (IBNS): At least 10 civilians were killed following two separate bomb explosions in Afghanistan's Paktia province, reports said.

The incident took place on Friday.

Khaama Press quoted Provincial governor’s spokesman Naqib Ahmad Atal as saying that at least five members of a single family lost their lives in one of the explosion.

It was caused by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).

A second explosion in Samkanai district, where the first too took place, claimed another five lives.

A group is yet to claim the ambush, the agency reported.
