8 injured in Afghanistan suicide attack
Kabul, Sept 5 (IBNS): At least eight people were injured as a suicide car bomber struck in the middle of a bazaar at Pul-i-Alam in Afghanistan's Logar province on Saturday, media reports said.
The attacker reportedly detonated his explosives-laden car at around 8.30 am.
Shopkeeper Shah Mahmood, giving an eyewitness account of the bombing, was quoted as saying by Pajhwok Afghan News that: “A short while ago, a powerful car blast shook the area.”
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
