4 militants killed in Pakistan

Lahore, Aug 28 (IBNS): At least four militants were killed during a raid conducted by Pakistan's Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Lahore city on Sunday, media reports said.

They were reportedly involved in the Moon Market bomb blast in 2009.

According to local media reports, raid was conducted in Lahore's Manawan area when the four militants were killed while three others escaped from the spot.

"The dead terrorists were identified as Zubair, Abdul Wahab, Adnan and Atique," Geo News reported.

The blast on Dec 7, 2009 had killed 54 people.
