Budget 2017: Railways to focus on passenger safety, cleanliness and other reforms

New Delhi, Feb 1 (IBNS): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, while presenting the Union Budget 2017 on Wednesday, which included the Railway Budget for the first time, has proposed among other things, to introduce a 'coach mitra' facility that will be a single window interface to register all coach-related complaints and requirements.
