Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun weds Saaniya Chandhok in an elegant Mumbai celebration
Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, married Saaniya Chandhok in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on Thursday, with the celebrations attended by family members, close friends, and several prominent personalities from sports, business and entertainment.
The wedding was preceded by a Mehendi celebration on March 3, marking the beginning of the couple’s two-part festivities.
The wedding ceremony was held on Thursday at The St. Regis Mumbai.
The bridal entry was accompanied by singer Harshdeep Kaur, while Shankar Mahadevan performed the traditional Mangalashtak during the ceremony.
Following the wedding rituals, guests were served a traditional Maharashtrian sit-down meal.
The celebrations were attended by family members and close friends, along with several prominent personalities from sports, business and entertainment.

Among those present were Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Nita Ambani, Akash Ambani with Shloka Ambani, cricketers MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan and Irfan Pathan, along with political leaders Devendra Fadnavis and Raj Thackeray.

Arjun Tendulkar is a professional cricketer who has represented Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League and has also played domestic cricket for Goa cricket team.
His bride, Saaniya Chandhok, comes from a prominent business family and has largely maintained a private profile.
The couple had kept their relationship away from the public spotlight before announcing their engagement.
