Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's third release in 2023, 'Dunki', was expected to be released around Christmas-New Year, at least the actor had said earlier.

'Dunki', which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani, was set to clash with Prabhas' 'Salaar', which is due to be released in Christmas 2023.

Now as per reports, 'Dunki', which will give SRK an opportunity to create a hattrick of success since his comeback in early 2023, may get postponed.

'Dunki', which is SRK's first collaboration with Hirani, features actress Taapsee Pannu in a lead role.

SRK's 'Zero', which had a dismal run in the box office, clashed with 'KGF (first part) in Christmas 2018.

Prabhas' 'Salaar', which is directed by Prashanth Neel- stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan and Jagapathi Babu in the lead, will hit the theatres on December 22.
