Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently returned to the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, a place she has been visiting for several years, and reflected on how the experience has shaped her perspective over time.

Samantha shared a series of pictures from her latest visit on social media, offering fans glimpses of her time at the centre.

In the photographs, the actor was seen exploring the campus, spending time with calves, enjoying a meal and participating in rituals.

She also visited the Linga Bhairavi Temple and posed for a picture with Sadhguru.

‘The last five years have taught me otherwise’

Looking back on her journey, Samantha encouraged her followers to seek out people and spaces that inspire personal growth.

The actor wrote about reaching a point in life where one may feel they understand themselves well, including their strengths, limitations and boundaries.

However, she said her experiences over the past five years had challenged that belief.

“The last five years have taught me otherwise (sic),” Samantha wrote.

She added that every visit to the centre has left her with a renewed sense of possibility and reminded her that there is always more to learn and discover.

“They're fuel in the tank,” she wrote, urging her followers: “Find those people. Find those places. Keep becoming.”

Isha Centre holds special significance

The Linga Bhairavi Temple at the Isha Yoga Centre has a personal connection for Samantha.

She and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru got married at the Coimbatore centre in December 2025 in a private ceremony centred around yoga and tradition.

Samantha and Raj had previously worked together professionally. She first collaborated with Raj and his creative partner DK on The Family Man 2 in 2021 before reuniting with the duo for Citadel: Honey Bunny in 2024.

Samantha announced pregnancy in June

Samantha announced her pregnancy in June this year after she was spotted with a baby bump at an event celebrating the success of Maa Inti Bangaaram.

The actor has continued to share glimpses of her personal journey with fans on social media, including her recent visit to the Coimbatore centre.
