Manish Malhotra trusted my approach towards executing the looks for his new collection: Florian Hurel

Mumbai: Designer Manish Malhotra took to Instagram to share his latest collection Khaab and while the beautiful ensembles left us amazed, what was also incredible was the way they were presented.

The man behind the hair and make-up of the models, French expert Florian Hurel says that he wanted to go in for the perfect amalgamation of chic and high-end fashion.

"Modern chic and high fashion were the thoughts in my head. To do justice to any silhouette, every factor is considered to have equal importance when you think of styling a look for a designer. The idea of the collection was modern exaggerated lehengas perfect for today’s bride," says Florian, who has styled the likes of Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone.

He adds, "Manish's collection is chic, high fashion and he trusted my approach towards executing the looks for the hairstyles."

Talking about the entire process of styling for such a video, Florian says, "There's a brief behind every look that is to be presented and a mood board for the same is made to have more clarity towards executing those looks."
