Sunny Deol's Suryaa teaser out: A father's grief, a daughter's death and a fight for justice
Mumbai/IBNS: The makers of Sunny Deol's upcoming film Suryaa: Ant Se Aarambh Tak unveiled its teaser on Monday, coinciding with the actor's 69th birthday.
The teaser presents Sunny as a grieving father and police officer who sets out to uncover the truth behind his daughter's death, with the investigation bringing alleged malpractice in the medical system into focus.
Sunny Deol in an emotionally charged role
Moving beyond a conventional action-hero portrayal, Sunny appears in a dramatic role driven by personal loss, grief and the pursuit of justice.
His character investigates his daughter's death while confronting questions surrounding medical practices, including excessive billing, unnecessary tests and alleged commissions in the healthcare sector.
A powerful dialogue on trust in doctors
One of the teaser's central themes revolves around the trust people place in doctors, whom they often regard as godlike figures.
Sunny's character questions what happens when that faith is betrayed, setting the tone for an emotionally charged investigation into the circumstances surrounding his daughter's death.
The teaser portrays the police officer's quest as deeply personal, with his search for answers becoming a fight for justice.
Ravi Kishan, Pragya Jaiswal among cast members
Apart from Sunny Deol, the film features Ravi Kishan, Pragya Jaiswal and other actors in key roles.
