Actor Nagarjuna apologises after video showing his bodyguard roughing up fan goes viral

Hyderabad/IBNS: Telugu film superstar Nagarjuna has apologised to his fan, who was roughed up by the actor's bodyguard at the airport.

The video, which went viral on social media, shows a fan trying to come closer to Nagarjuna, who didn't notice him, but the man was pushed aside by the bodyguard.

Following a backlash on social media, Nagarjuna posted on X, "This just came to my notice … this shouldn’t have happened!!

"I apologise to the gentleman and will take necessary precautions that it will not happen in the future !!"

Nagarjuna, a two-time recipient of National Awards, has acted in a number of films including Gitanjali, Ninne Pelladatha, Annamayya et al.

His upcoming film Naa Saami Ranga is set to release in 2024.
