Kolkata/IBNS: Bengali film actress Mimi Chakraborty's love for pets is no secret and her new Instagram post is just another example of it.

Mimi, a pet parent, has recently shared an Instagram reel where she is seen spending some quality time with a dog in the middle of her work.

In the caption box, Mimi writes, "Talking to a new friend."

On the work front, Mimi is gearing up for her upcoming release, Premendu Bikash Chaki's Alaap, which is slated to release on April 26.

The film, where she reunited with Abir Chatterjee, promises to be a delightful journey into the complexities of modern relationships.

Early this year, Mimi ventured into the OTT space with her debut web series, Jaha Bolibo Shotto Bolibo, a courtroom drama co-starring Tota Roy Choudhury.

After delivering a massive hit Raktabeej in Durga Puja last year, Mimi went on to make her Bollywood debut with Shastry Virudh Shastry, a Hindi remake of the 2017 Bengali film Posto.
