Makers unveil trailer of Sourav Chakraborty's upcoming series Rajneeti

Kolkata/IBNS: The makers have recently unveiled the trailer of Sourav Chakraborty's upcoming series Rajneeti.

The star cast of the web series features Ditipriya Roy, Arjun Chakrabarty, Kaushik Ganguly, Koneenica Banerjee, Aniruddha Gupta, Shyamal Chakraborty.

The plot revolves around a victim of a fatal car accident, Rashi, who recovers from a coma only to realize she has lost her memory.

She tries to remember her past life but feels something is off. Her sixth sense provokes her to find the truth about her life and she finds herself facing the most difficult question of her life questioning herself whether it was an accident or a political conspiracy.

Speaking on the series, Sourav Chakraborty said, "Might it be public or personal, the game where the hunter becomes the hunted and the prey turns into the predator, is commonly termed as politics.

"This political thriller depicts how a game of greed and power can turn and twist the equations of a family that massively affects the geo-political scenario of an entire area."

The series will premiere on Hoichoi on May 26.
