Six people injured in motorcycle bomb blast in Pakistan

At least six people, including a tribal elder, were injured after a motorcycle bomb blast rocked  Qila Saifullah town in Pakistan on Thursday.

According to officials, the explosion occurred near the vehicle of tribal elder Nawabzada Mehboob Khan Jogezai, which was parked in front of a shop where he was having lunch with friends, reported Dawn News.

“Six people, including Mr Jogezai, were injured in the blast,” a senior police officer told the news channel.

The blast left several vehicles damaged and injured a shopkeeper and several passersby.

Police and other security personnel reached the spot following the blast.

The injured people were shifted to the hospital for treatment.
