Pakistan: Police seize truck with explosives
Lahore, June 29 (IBNS): The police foiled a terrorism bid in Pakistan's Lahore city as they seized a explosive-laden truck, media reports said on Sunday.
The police have arrested two people in connection with the matter.
"During a routine search, police halted a truck on the Rawal bridge check post, where they examined 40 gunny sacks allegedly containing brimstone. A deeper inspection uncovered the explosives hidden in the vehicle," Dawn News reported.
The police have started investigation into the matter.
