Pakistan: Blast outside mosque, 2 injured

Islamabad, Dec 30 (IBNS): A blast close to a mosque in Rahim Yar Khan's Shafi Town area of Pakistan on Friday left at least two people injured, media reports said.

Rescue officials quoted by DawnNews claimed there were two attackers, a man and a burqa-clad individual.

The burqa-clad attacker allegedly blew themselves up while the other fled,Dawn News reported quoting rescue officials.

The area of the blast has been cordoned off.

Rescue officials have reached the spot.

Search operation is currently going on, reports said.
